Welcome to iSaid.ai. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Overview

iSaid.ai is an AI-powered assistant platform that provides chat, voice, image generation, web search, and integrations with third-party services (email, calendar, tasks, contacts, files). The service is provided by iSaid.ai ("we", "our", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use iSaid.ai. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account & Authentication

You sign in using Google or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials with those providers. You agree not to share your session or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use iSaid.ai to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or threatening content
• Harass, impersonate, or deceive others
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape, abuse, or overload the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the AI assistant is provided "as-is" for informational purposes. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it
• AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• Generated code, images, and other outputs are provided without warranty of fitness for any purpose

6. Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), you authorize iSaid.ai to access your data through those services' APIs on your behalf. You can disconnect integrations at any time, which immediately revokes our access and deletes stored tokens.

We access your data only when you explicitly request it through the AI assistant. We do not monitor, index, or use your integration data for any purpose other than fulfilling your requests.

7. Plans & Billing

iSaid.ai offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Usage limits are enforced on a daily basis per your plan tier.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and input into iSaid.ai. AI-generated content (text, images, code, files) created at your request is yours to use, subject to any restrictions from the underlying AI providers' terms of service.

The iSaid.ai brand, logo, design, and codebase remain our intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Your use of iSaid.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep iSaid.ai available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSaid.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using iSaid.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though provisions that should survive (liability, IP, disputes) will remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the state where iSaid.ai is operated.
